News article from the US asking what will happen to residents and fellows who have lost training opportunities due to the Covid-19 pandemic.


An easing in graduate medical education requirements is making it possible for residents and fellows to join the all-hands-on-deck response to COVID-19 and, even where hospitals are not overwhelmed, at least practice social distancing.
But such a move is not without cost, as many trainees may find that the pandemic has taken away valuable specialty or subspecialty learning opportunities that are crucial to their journey in medicine.....
