Description: Professionalism in medical education has become an imperative necessity in various educational as well as in health care settings. Professionalism has been based mainly in the literature on Western constructs. Little is known whether these concepts of professionalism are shared by other physicians across cultural and linguistic boundaries. This paper assesses attitudes among multi-culture practicing physicians towards professionalism.
