Description: This qualitative study included a random sample of second year medical students at the college of medicine, King Saud University. The students participated in small group teaching of the problem based curriculum in the medical college. A total of 10 medical students participated in this qualitative study during the academic year of 2012. Medical students were interviewed and the advantages and disadvantages of small group were discussed.
