This study explored the factors that influence medical students’ career intentions in a French Medical School.
This paper describes a clinical environment in which experiential learning takes place supported by a carefully designed multimedia package in a setting in which students are exposed to the hidden curriculum by selected interns who display a high level of professionalism.
The objective of this study was to explore the views of teaching medical faculty about their medical educationists (MEs).
Altruism and empathy are core positive values for doctors and trainees, however, negative traits, such as cynicism can also be evident. This study used items from the Jefferson Scale for Physician Empathy and Wrightsman’s Philosophies of Human Nature Scale to assess empathy, altruism and cynicism.
