Serves as a full-time specialist in the development, planning and execution of educational programs for employees, leaders and physicians of Spectrum Health.
- Leads the development of curriculum with a focus on goals, objectives and assessment tools, in collaboration with GME Program Directors.
- Assists in the development of instructional design (inluding digital instructional design) and serves as an expert resource in these areas.
- Services will include but are not limited to:
o Management and maintenance of identified academic and/or hospital based learning management systems
o Development of e-learning
o Administer and oversee the support and maintenance of electronic learning programs
Education - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or related field
Experience - 3 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in in developing, analyzing, delivering and measuring training programs
