As I continue on my professional journey, I have increasingly learned to value and seek out communities of practice with individuals who are doing similar work. I have been very fortunate to have been able to present work at AMEE over the past five years, network with other educators, and learn the latest trends and innovations in health professions education. I believe AMEE is a natural home for my expertise and contributions, and look forward to getting even more involved in the society in the future.
